What can a former professional drummer teach your sales teams?
In 2004, after 25+ years of creating music, Rob decided to make a significant life change. He chose a new career in insurance sales, where he found himself almost instantly confused and overwhelmed. This wasn't the music business by any stretch.
Fortunately, his lack of experience was tempered by his fearlessness and a personal work ethic. Yes, he had huge hurdles to overcome, but it was only a matter of time and perspective.
Over the course of a year, Rob developed a behavioral system that grew his sales book by 315 clients and placed him in the top 5% of his company, nationally. His unique approach to sales empowered him to thrive, despite his initial inability to overcome customer objections.
